The Vision
An online digital and operational solution, a comprehensive automotive platform for UK-based car dealerships. That was the aim for Auto Dealer Force: Digiora’s in-house prodigy. The idea behind the creation of Auto Dealer Force was to build a complete system that could support automotive dealerships beyond having just a website, but to cater them with comprehensive digital tools and services to manage their online presence, manage sales, marketing and daily operations: all from a single platform!
Normally, creating such a system would take a long time to research about how automotive dealers manage their inventory, customer enquiries, marketing methods and website. But we had the advantage of dealing with the UK automotive sector for more than a decade. Throughout this duration, we did extensive research on all aspects of the automotive industry and it was right on money during the creation of Auto Dealer Force. We used this information to create a flexible solution that’s capable of adapting to different dealer workflows while supporting future enhancements and third-party integrations.
The vision was to create an elastic dealer portal that could function as a website engine as well as a management system. It should also evolve alongside the clients’ requirements by offering reliability, long-term adaptability and automation, while maintaining a business focused digital frontier.
The Strategy
The approach was carefully planned from the beginning - create a comprehensive portal to support multiple automotive clients with precision. Auto Dealer Force was initially launched as a Used Car Search Engine and later evolved into a fully integrated system as its scope expanded. We programmed the system to be modular and flexible rather than a fixed, one-size-fits-all system, allowing modifications from client’s existing systems and smooth addition of third-party integrations. The system is equipped to cover the dealership’s key functions such as the vehicle listings, lead management, marketing systems and operational workflows.
Adaptability and innovation remained the main anchor points during our development process. The system upgrades were prominently driven by internal improvements alongside feedback from the clients, facilitating our ability to add more features that support enhanced automation and usability, powering Auto Dealer Force to become a fully functional engine capable of dealing with multiple dealers efficiently.
As for the Auto Dealer Force website, the design team applied extensive effort and expertise to envision it to reflect professionalism and clarity. The complex processes and detailed information were presented through a simple and intuitive interface, making them easy to understand and use. The website serves as a portal for clients to better understand the features they gain by partnering with Auto Dealer Force.
Auto Dealer Force empowers multiple dealerships with end-to-end support in marketing, website management, lead generation, and sales. The system keeps on getting updates in phases, adding new features and integrations without disrupting the existing clientele. As of today, Auto Dealer Force version 2.0 is under fast development as a fully automated, much more advanced system, extending the primary vision into a more scalable and functional project.
The Impact
Auto Dealer Force has emerged as a next-gen core digital product supporting a large number of automotive clients, serving as a centralised solution for multiple processes, including vehicle listings and day-to-day operations. The architecture of the system was designed to be flexible enough to allow continuous and futuristic expansions through system upgrades and third-party integrations, helping clients to adapt their digital operations. It has now evolved into a standard for automation and scalability in the automotive industry.
By creating ADF as an in-house product, Digiora established itself not only as a service provider but also as a product innovator within the automotive digital space. The platform continues to evolve as a long-term solution designed to support dealership growth and operational efficiency. With the upcoming Auto Dealer Force 2.0, the system will elevate its level into a whole different league, spreading its influence and impact with latest features and technologies.
