The Vision

konversable (formerly Total Chatbots) came to us with a very basic requirement. Create a simple chatbot solution for their clients. What started as that chatbot system now stands tall as one of the biggest and advanced cloud-based conversational AI and live chat platforms based in the UK. Their original goal to streamline support, capture leads and improve customer engagement across multiple platforms was carried out to the peak by Digiora’s innovation and commitment to perfection.

Our primary step was to understand the client’s objectives and communication workflows of their target users. Our expert team did extensive research on multiple topics, analyzed industry practices, operational needs of businesses across different sectors. The main challenge was to create a system that could transform from a compact text-based chatbot into a complex and comprehensive platform capable of handling live chat, AI automation and multimedia interactions.
